Join me in an informal conversation in which I talk about my journey dealing with anger and setting boundaries to maintain my mental health.
I’m not a mental health professional. I’m just a person who, after much struggle and pain, was finally able to tame the anger I had. We’re having this conversation so that hopefully something about my experience will help someone else.
Another focus of this conversation is how to handle the anger and frustration brought on by the quarantine.
